Sev Taranto (b. 1999) is a ceramic, glass, and movement artist based in Brooklyn, New York. His practice is informed by an admiration for and interest in the eroticism, beauty, and grossness of botanical forms and carnivorous plants, as well as a study of nonhuman, often amphibious and boneless bodies and movements. He received her Bachelor of Architecture in 2022 from the University of Southern California and currently is a technical designer and fabricator working in Brooklyn, NY.
